Dimensions will be listed on each individual sculpture. All sculptures are made out of bronze and have patina applied by hand in my studio. Due to the nature of bronze casting and patina all sculptures will have have slight variations in finish. 

Please make sure you have chosen the correct sculpture, and size. Due to the process of these sculptures being made to order, we are unable to combine orders or make any changes or refunds. All sales are final.

You will receive an email ORDER CONFIRMATION showing your address and the sculptures you ordered. Please make sure everything is correct. If you did not receive confirmation, then you did not input the correct email address when you checked out. Contact howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com for corrections.

Sculptures will ship from the time the sale until completion. These are made to order and shipping timelines will be updated on the site as the sale progresses. They will ship in the order that the orders are made.  Shipping times may exceed past estimates if there is an exceedingly high volume of orders. 

If your shipping address changes or you will be traveling during the process, you can contact me at Howdy@jeffweiroilworks to change your address or provide dates that you will be away. You can also update the address to a friend or family member that will be available.

All sculptures are shipped standard ground or freight depending on size. 

All bronze work undergoes an extensive quality control and special packing process because our goal is to make sure you receive everything in good condition. Even if your package appears to be damaged, please accept the delivery Please fully unpack your order to inspect for damage. Our packing process allows for a chance the piece did not get damaged. If there is damage please take photos and email them to Howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com.  All claims must be initiated by the shipper so please contact us first if there are any issues.
