2023 Print Release

Print Release is September 15-17th. It will start at 8:00AM PST on the 15th and end at 11:59PM PST on the 17th. Once it is over the prints will not be available anymore. 

Important Information About the Sale

  • Sizing and Material:

    The sizing is different between paper
    and canvas prints.

    Paper print sizes are from edge of paper to edge of paper. There is a one-inch white border around the image that is included in the size. The numbering and signature will be on the white border. The paper used is Magic, PPM7.

    Canvas print sizes are the size of the printed area (image).
    They have a four-inch border around the image to allow for framing with thick or thin bars. Most local frame shops will stretch and mount. Canvas prints are signed and numbered on the image in a gold pen. Canvas prints can be hung framed or unframed depending on your preference. The canvas used is Premier, Museum Bright Satin Canvas 350g.

  • Before You Check Out:

    Please make sure you have chosen the correct image, size and quantity. Prints will be available in paper or canvas and in various sizes so please make sure you are selecting the correct print. Due to the process of prints being made to order, we are unable to combine orders or make any changes or refunds. All sales are final.

  • While Checking Out:

    Please make sure your shipping address is correct, including what is in your browser autofill or your saved addresses. CORRECT THIS INFO BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT. If you have an apartment number, please include it!

  • After The Order:

    You will receive an email ORDER CONFIRMATION showing your address and the prints you ordered. Please make sure everything is correct. If you did not receive confirmation, then you did not input the correct email address when you checked out. Contact howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com for corrections.

  • Timeline:

    Prints will ship from the time the sale ends through November. Prints will ship in the order that they are printed and processed, not necessarily in the order that they were placed. Shipping times may exceed past November if there is an exceedingly high volume of orders. 

  • Address Changes:

    If your shipping address changes or you will be traveling during the process, you can contact me at Howdy@jeffweiroilworks to change your address or provide dates that you will be away. You can also update the address to a friend or family member that will be available.

  • Shipping Methods:

    All prints are shipped rolled in tubes. They will be shipped either USPS or UPS. If you have any issue with one of these carriers please contact us with your order information to confirm which carrier delivers to your address.

  • Damaged Prints

    All prints undergo an extensive quality control and special packing process because our goal is to make sure you receive everything in good condition. Even if your tube appears to be damaged, please accept the delivery Please fully unpack/unroll your order to inspect for damage. Our packing process allows for a chance the print(s) did not get damaged. If there is damage please take photos and email them to Howdy@jeffweiroilworks.  All claims must be initiated by the shipper so please contact us first if there are any issues.
