Sizing & Material

Sizing is different between paper and canvas prints.

• Regular 24x24"
• XL 36x26"
• Canvas is the same size as XL

Paper Prints

• Paper print sizes are measured from edge of paper to edge of paper. There is a one-inch white border around the image, which is included in the listed size. The numbering and signature will be placed on the white border.
• Paper used: Catapult PPBX60100.

Canvas Prints

• Canvas print sizes refer to the size of the printed image area. There is a four-inch border around the image to allow for framing with either thick or thin bars.
• Most local frame shops will stretch and mount canvas prints. Canvas prints are signed and numbered directly on the image in gold pen.
• Canvas prints can be hung framed or unframed, depending on your preference.
• Canvas used: 19 mil Satin Canvas.

Please make sure you have selected the correct image, size, material, and quantity before checking out.

• Prints are available on paper or canvas and in various sizes, so please double-check that you are ordering the correct print.
• Because prints are made to order, we are unable to combine orders, make changes, or issue refunds after an order has been placed.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

After Your Order

You will receive an email ORDER CONFIRMATION showing your shipping address and the prints you ordered.

• Please review your confirmation carefully to make sure everything is correct.
• If you did not receive an order confirmation, you may have entered an incorrect email address at checkout. Contact howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com for corrections.

Please open your package and verify that your order is correct as soon as it is received.

Timeline

Prints will begin shipping once the sale ends and will continue through December.

• Prints will ship in the order that they are printed and processed, not necessarily in the order that orders were placed.
• Shipping times may extend beyond December if there is an exceptionally high volume of orders.

Address Changes

If your shipping address changes or you will be traveling during the fulfillment process, contact howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com to update your address or provide the dates you will be away.

• You may also provide an alternate address, such as a friend or family member who will be available to receive your package.

Shipping Methods

ALL PRINTS ARE SHIPPED ROLLED IN TUBES.

• Prints will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
• If you have an issue with one of these carriers, contact us with your order information so we can confirm which carrier delivers to your address.

Damaged Prints

All prints go through an extensive quality-control and special packing process because our goal is to make sure everything arrives safely.

• Even if your shipping tube appears to be damaged, please accept the delivery.
• Fully unpack and unroll your order to inspect the print(s) for damage. Our packing process provides some protection, and there is a chance the print itself was not damaged.
• If your print is damaged, take photos and email them to howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com.
• All damage claims must be initiated by the shipper, so please contact us FIRST if there is an issue with your order.

• There are 100 5x7 Stampede sketches being given away to the first 100 orders.
