The Story

Dream Big.
Work Hard.

I’ve spent my whole life making things, but I decided to go all in on painting when I was gifted my late great-grandmother’s oil paints and her journal. A lifetime study of mixing color that became my map as I taught myself to paint. Since then, I’ve built my world around the stories and legends of the American West. My work is shaped as much by imagination as it is by the things I’ve collected along the way- old photographs, worn objects, family keepsakes, western relics, and little pieces of life that carry a story. My studio in North Idaho has become a kind of time capsule, filled with the artifacts that inspire me and remind me of a world that still feels wild, mysterious, and worth dreaming about. We call it “Magic Place” and below you can experience some of the pieces that make it feel this way. I hope my work inspires you to follow your own dreams the way I’ve followed mine.
