Print sizes vary by material:

• Regular paper print: 24 inch long edge
• XL paper print: 36 inch long edge
• Canvas print: Same size as the XL print

Paper Prints

• Paper print sizes are measured from edge to edge. The listed size includes a 1-inch white border around the image.
• Numbering and signatures are placed on the white border.
• Paper used: Catapult PPBX60100.

Canvas Prints

• Canvas print sizes refer to the printed image area. A 4-inch border surrounds the image to allow for framing with either thick or thin bars.
• Most local frame shops can stretch and mount canvas prints.
• Canvas prints are signed and numbered directly on the image in gold pen.
• Canvas prints can be hung framed or unframed.
• Canvas used: 19 mil Satin Canvas.

• Because prints are made to order, we cannot combine orders, make changes, or issue refunds after an order has been placed.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order, including any information populated by browser autofill or saved addresses.

• If you have an apartment or unit number, make sure it is included.

AFTER YOUR ORDER

• You will receive an order confirmation email showing your shipping address and the prints you ordered.
• Review your confirmation carefully to make sure everything is correct.
• If you do not receive an order confirmation, you may have entered an incorrect email address at checkout. Contact howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com for corrections.
• Open your package and verify that your order is correct as soon as it arrives.

TIMELINE

Prints will begin shipping once the sale ends and will continue through December.

• Prints ship in the order they are printed and processed, not necessarily in the order orders were placed.
• Shipping times may extend beyond December if there is an exceptionally high volume of orders.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If your shipping address changes or you will be traveling during the fulfillment process, contact howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com to update your address or provide the dates you will be away.

You may also provide an alternate address, such as a friend or family member who will be available to receive your package.

SHIPPING METHODS

• ALL PRINTS ARE SHIPPED ROLLED IN TUBES.
• All Domestic Prints are shipped via USPS or UPS. International Shipping uses additional fulfillment partners based on location.

All prints go through an extensive quality-control and special-packing process to help ensure they arrive safely.

• Even if your shipping tube appears damaged, please accept the delivery.
• Fully unpack and unroll your order to inspect the print for damage. Our packing process provides some protection, and the print may not be damaged.
• If your print is damaged, take photos and email them to howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com.
• All damage claims must be initiated by the shipper, so please contact us first if there is an issue with your order.

DAMAGED PRINTS

All prints go through an extensive quality-control and special-packing process to help ensure they arrive safely.

• Even if your shipping tube appears damaged, please accept the delivery.
• Fully unpack and unroll your order to inspect the print for damage. Our packing process provides some protection, and the print may not be damaged.
• If your print is damaged, take photos and email them to howdy@jeffweiroilworks.com.

• The first 100 orders will receive a free 5 × 7 Stampede sketch.
• The very first order will receive an original painting.
